Jaipur to Nagpur RTR Part 2 paper: route and scenarios
Looking for VIJP to VANP RTR exam questions on 01/10/2026 (Morning session)? This page puts you in an Airbus 321Neo, callsign IGO2456, between Jaipur (VIJP) and Nagpur (VANP) on route A791. The flight is planned under IFR at FL330.
What does this paper test? Like every DGCA RTR Part 2 practical paper, it measures clear, correct and calm radio telephony. Here that means 9 questions on pushback & start-up calls, ATC & taxi clearances, TCAS resolution advisories, cabin depressurisation, low-fuel situations and runway obstructions & vehicle incursions.
Why practise it? A complete paper lets you rehearse the whole flight in sequence instead of isolated calls, which is what the exam asks of you. Pay special attention to TCAS RA (Q5), depressurisation (Q6) and low fuel (Q8). There are 4 VIJP to VANP papers in the library, so compare them to see which situations come up again. What this VIJP to VANP paper tests
This paper has 9 questions and follows one complete flight from VIJP (VIJP) to VANP (VANP) in a Airbus 321Neo, callsign IGO2456. 7 questions are routine operations — pushback, start-up, taxi instructions, clearances and readbacks and position report. The other 2 turn abnormal or urgent — emergency calls and diversion. That mix is exactly how the DGCA RTR Part 2 exam is built: standard phraseology first, then a situation that tests whether your phraseology holds up under pressure.
The sequence is deliberate: the paper moves like a real flight, and information from the first calls — stand, runway, squawk, level — keeps coming back in later questions. Practise it as one continuous flight, speaking every answer aloud. Reading silently feels easier, but Part 2 is an oral exam, and only spoken practice builds the speed the examiner expects.

Practice tips for the VIJP to VANP RTR Part 2 paper
Practise under time pressure. Keep the clock running between questions, just as you would in the exam room.
Think before you press the button. Work out the station, the frequency and the message, then transmit.
Check every call. Include the station name, your callsign and the frequency on first contact, and read back what must be read back.
Drill the emergencies. depressurisation, TCAS RA and low fuel can shake your delivery, so say these calls out loud until they come out steady.
Know your position report. Practise giving a complete position report from the data provided, item by item, without hesitation.

Where candidates lose marks in this paper
Most marks in Part 2 are not lost on knowledge — they are lost on order and completeness. The pressure points in this paper are emergency calls and diversion: students rush these calls, forget to state their intentions, or read back only half of the instruction. Examiners also notice the small things quickly — a missing callsign, the wrong station name, or a "roger" where a full readback was required.
Three habits separate a pass from a repeat attempt here: start every call with the correct station name, read back instructions completely instead of answering 'roger', and never guess a frequency — ask for a repeat. After that, drill the abnormal questions out loud; under exam pressure you will fall back on whatever you have rehearsed, not on what you have read.
